T-Track cams have a 3/8" hole and a deep recess to allow a 3/8" bolt and nut to secure the hub down to an aluminum T-Track.  In use a 9/16" socket wrench or fixed offset wrench loosens the nut with just a half-turn, then after sliding the cam up to the workpiece another half-turn re-tightens the nut.
